Terms of Service

By accessing or using v9x ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What v9x Does

v9x is an AI-powered web app builder. You describe what you want to build, and our AI generates a working web application — including UI, logic, and database connections — that you can preview, edit, and deploy.

2. Your Account

You must create an account to use v9x. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. AI-Generated Content

v9x makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

4. Ownership of Generated Code

The code generated by v9x using your prompts belongs to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over apps you build on the platform. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated code.

5. Credits and Payments

v9x operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased as top-ups and are used to generate apps and make edits.

• Credits never expire and never reset
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used from that top-up — contact us at hello@v9x.xyz
• Payments are processed by Helio. By purchasing, you also agree to Helio's terms

6. Free Trial

New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you will need to purchase credits to continue generating apps. Apps created during the trial remain saved in your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use v9x to:

• Build apps designed to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Generate phishing pages, malware, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API
• Resell or redistribute the v9x platform itself without written permission
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep v9x available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.

9. Deployed Apps

Apps deployed through v9x are hosted on Vercel and use GitHub for source control. By deploying, you agree to Vercel's and GitHub's respective terms of service. v9x is not responsible for the content or behavior of apps you deploy to end users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, v9x is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of v9x after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
