Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data v9x collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep it short and plain — no legal maze.

1. What We Collect

We do not collect payment card numbers — all payments are processed by Helio directly.

2. How We Use Your Data

To run and improve the v9x platform
To send transactional emails (welcome, verification, plan updates)
To track credits and enforce plan limits
To analyze usage and improve AI generation quality
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
We do not use your data for advertising

3. Third-Party Services

v9x uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Generated app code and projects are deleted along with your account.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Object to certain types of processing

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.

7. Children

v9x is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have accidentally collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
